Malynda Hale & Dr. Tamice Spencer On Reclaiming Christianity

This week on Nola Haynes Is Not A Spy, Dr. Nola sits down with Malynda Hale and Dr. Tamice Spencer-Helms for one of the most vulnerable and thought-provoking conversations of the season.

Together, they unpack the state of Christianity in America, growing up in faith spaces, activism in entertainment, queerness, Blackness, church culture, and what it means to follow Jesus outside the confines of institutional religion.

They discuss:

White Christian nationalism and the “branding crisis” of Christianity.

Why performative activism often replaces real change.

Hollywood, politics, and the pressure to stay silent.

Cult dynamics, charisma, and why people follow powerful figures.

Black identity, queerness, and reclaiming spirituality on your own terms.

We all get cancelled!

On this episode, all four Find Out Podcast hosts are going to reveal their controversial Hot Takes on some big issues. We warn you that some of these hot takes might be triggering but we open this episode to a civil debate on the issues: Zak has some strong opinions on how the left discusses Israel. Luke wants Democrats who know nothing about how assault weapons work to just shut the f*** up. Rich doesn’t have a fundamental problem with the death penalty. Tim remains adamant that Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) has a better shot at being President than Gavin Newsom or Kamala Harris.

Before we delve into them, we cover some big news that happened this week. First off, Trump finally got his revenge against Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), who was the sole Republican to vote against the Big Beautiful Bill and push for the release of the Epstein Files, by endorsing Massie’s primary opponent. Massie lost his primary on Tuesday night by 10 points. Also, Trump has endorsed indicted and impeached Attorney General Ken Paxton (R-TX) over the incumbent U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) in the Senate runoff. Could this help throw the race to State Rep. James Talarico (D-TX)? We will see. And of course, we’ll talk about Trump’s slush fund with the IRS that funds January 6th offenders. Since this is making Senate Republicans very nervous heading into the 2026 midterms, we propose Democrats pitch this to voters as the Thank You For Beating Cops Fund.

China Is Destroying Us in the Energy Market

This week on American Power, host Nat Towsen is joined by military strategist Chad Scott and energy expert Matt Randolph (Mr. Global) to break down Trump’s high-profile meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Chad explains how China quietly gained leverage on Taiwan, semiconductors, and strategic messaging while the U.S. walked away celebrating vague trade promises and headline-friendly “wins.” Matt breaks down why China may already be better prepared for a prolonged global energy crisis than almost any country on earth: massive strategic oil reserves, aggressive renewable investment, and a long-term industrial strategy built around resilience.

The Context Doesn’t Matter You Racist Piece of Sh*t!!!

Let’s just jump right in on what’s been p***ing off Luke and Bryan this week. First off, there’s Matt Walsh being a racist f***ing dog whistler like his boy, Charlie Kirk, trying to propagandize the Civil Rights Movement. They also cover Chud The Builder about to serve 56 years in the clink for firing off his gun outside of courthouse after streaming himself calling people racial slurs. Bryan and Luke also point out that Trump’s whole schtick is to take something a past President has done, f*** it all the hell and then redo it in a sh*ttier way. For example, under President Biden, China was already buying millions of soybeans from farmers until Trump came along and f***ed that up with his tariffs. AND TRUMP STILL GOT A WORST DEAL FROM CHINA!!!

You also have Trump blatantly trading stocks that are worth millions of dollars 3,700 times in one quarter, Blue Dot Fever, voters uniting over their hatred for AI data centers, Trump threatening to annihilate millions of people again and so much more to cover. There’s a lot to get f***ing angry about.

Racist Gerrymandering Won’t Be Enough To Stop Justin Pearson

We continue covering the assault on voting rights following the Supreme Court’s decision to gut the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Republican state legislatures in Southern states like Tennessee, Louisiana and Alabama have wasted no time eliminating Black districts, stripping Black voters of their voices. Our guest, State Rep. Justin Pearson (D-TN), correctly states that the government can act quite fast when it comes to suppressing voters. We’re very grateful Rep. Pearson was able to make time to explain how all of this happened and how white supremacy has morphed into roles of power in states like Tennessee taking the forms of judges, sheriffs and governors. Pearson argues that Democrats must heavily invest more in local infrastructure, especially in the South, if our Democracy is going to survive.

Since the 2010 midterms, Democrats have been asleep at the wheel regarding local elections but thanks to Trump, voters now understand the importance of roles like Secretaries of State. However, the big question is whether Republicans’ racist mistakes with these undemocratic powergrabs could actually backfire and motivate huge voter turnout in states like Tennessee heading into the 2026 midterms. Despite all of this, Pearson makes a very compelling case that we the people can fight back against racist gerrymandering by engaging and motivating everyone we know to vote. Doom scrolling is complicity, this is a moment of real action.

Rep. Mike Levin Breaks Down ICE’s Violent Evolution Under Trump

This week on Nola Haynes Is Not A Spy, Dr. Nola sits down with Congressman Mike Levin for a conversation that goes far beyond politics, starting with who he is before the title.

From his grandparents’ immigration story to his work on climate and clean energy, Levin opens up about the personal experiences shaping his policy decisions, and why today’s political climate feels fundamentally different.

Sen. Mark Kelly Destroys Pete Hegesth & Trump For Trying To Strip Veterans Of Their Free Speech

Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) is no stranger to having to deal with “Department of War” Secretary, Pete Hegseth. This time, Hegseth wants the Pentagon to investigate Kelly over comments Kelly made about U.S. weapon stockpiles amid the Iran War, claiming Kelly “leaked classified information”. There’s just one problem: the remarks Kelly made that have Hegseth in such a drunken rage are actual public quotes Hegseth made himself. No, you’re not drunk like Hegseth at a strip club, you read that correctly. Senator Kelly nails it when he described Hegseth as “Hegseth doing an impression of Colin Jost impersonating Hegseth”. So why is Hegseth going after Kelly exactly? It’s because clowns like Hegseth and Trump are scared of actual leadership. Kelly joins us on the Find Out Podcast to explain how the Trump Administration is the least pro-Veteran administration he’s ever dealt with because of their attacks on Veterans freedom of speech. The Senator from Arizona makes the case for Democrats launching investigations into Trump’s actions when they take back the U.S. Senate along with making house affordability a key priority.

We’ll also talk about Republican Congresswoman Virginia Foxx of North Carolina telling a ten year old constituent to f*** off and Elon Musk’s Grok admits that Democrats are better on the U.S. economy than Republicans among other topics.

Rep. Adam Smith On How Trump’s Suspension Of the Gas Tax Could Bankrupt The Economy

On this episode of American Power, host Nat Towsen is joined by military strategist Chad Scott, energy expert Matt Randolph (Mr. Global), and Congressman Adam Smith, ranking member of the House Armed Services Committee, to break down the escalating conflict with Iran, the limits of presidential war powers, and what comes next.

Smith explains why the U.S. now finds itself “stuck in a bad place” with few clear options, and the reality behind modern war powers: presidents act first, and Congress struggles to keep up.

Chad Scott brings the military perspective, examining how blockades and ongoing strikes blur the line between deterrence and full-scale war. Matt Randolph breaks down the energy side, explaining why “energy independence” is largely a myth and how global oil markets are already shaping the conflict and its consequences at home.

Sending The Army To The Polls?!? Try It, You Orange Fat F***!!!

Has it been kind of a slow week? Nope! There’s a lot to be p***ed off about. Easily, Kevin O’Leary’s stupid f***ing 30,000 football stadiums sized AI data center in Utah no one wants but their Republican Governor approved it any way. Then of course, there’s the fat orange f***’s new illegal plan send the military to monitor every polling place across the country during the midterms elections. Also, sorry dumb MAGA dips***s, you’re not getting your Trump Phone anytime soon. Also, it doesn’t surprise that a state that legalized the death penalty for p3dophiles built Trump a golden statue. There’s also a Republican Congressman names Max Miller (R-OH), that Trump endorsed, who poured boiling hot water on his ex-wife and the Tennessee police acknowledging what they’re doing to Justin Pearson and protesters is wrong. That’s right, you have Southern States pausing their elections so they can eliminate black districts now. Just another reminder of how fragile our democracy truly is and how hard you have to fight to protect it.

Texas Republicans Aren’t Ready For This Latino Deputy Sheriff Running For Congress As A Democrat

Given the latest news regarding gerrymandering and Republicans in the South doing everything they can to eliminate black districts, we’re very pleased to have congressional candidate, Johnny Garcia (D-TX) on today’s show. He wants to prove that gerrymandering won’t be enough for the GOP to prevent a Blue Wave in the 2026 midterm elections. Garcia is a Deputy Sheriff running in the newly redrawn 35th district. Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX) ordered the Texas GOP state legislature to redraw the maps to provide the GOP with five additional congressional seats because Trump requested it. However, the big issue is that these new districts were redrawn based on the 2024 Presidential Election results where Trump gained support among Latino male voters. After experiencing two years of fascism, tariffs and ICE terrorizing Latino communities, Garcia argues that many Latino male voters in his district have overwhelming voter regret. Garcia makes the case that the Democratic Party must fight for old school Democratic values that Latino communities care about if they want to flip this district. Garcia outlines his platform to tackle affordability by preventing Trump from enforcing more illegal tariffs and strengthening the Affordable Care Act.
